ABOUT ANTHONY LATINA

I have been very successful assisting physicians and hospital employees in the purchase and the marketing of their primary residences, second homes and investment properties.
Many of my home buyers and sellers work at leading healthcare systems across the region, including Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, MetroHealth, Akron General, Akron Children’s, and Lutheran Hospital, as well as private practice.
I was born and raised in Cleveland. I attended St. Edward High School and graduated with a 3.8 GPA and a 29 on my ACT.
I received a full ride to attend the Loyola of Chicago School of Business. I decided not to go at all. Instead, I saved $2,000 dollars and went to Hondros College in Independence and got my real estate license in 3 weeks. I never looked back. It was the best decision I ever made. College is not for everyone. I am a text book example of that. I hit the ground running and sold $6,000,000.00 of real estate my first 10 months. I love my job.
It is the most electrifying feeling giving the house keys to a new homeowner. When people move, new chapters begin in their lives.
MY FAMILY LEGACY | ANTHONY LATINA REAL ESTATE
“The roads of America are paved with gold. Have the courage to bend over and pick it up.”
— Lois Latina, Latina & Latina Builders
A pioneer amongst women in the real estate and home building industry, my grandmother, Lois Latina built some of the most prestigious Cleveland West Side neighborhoods such as Capel Vale, Cobblestone, Royal Woods, Lake Forest, Settler’s Reserve, and Wood Path. She then expanded further West to Red Tail Golf Club in Avon OH and later reached as far as Strongsville OH.
In the early 1950’s, her passion for hard work started when she was a child shadowing her father, Rocco Puzzitiello Senior, cleaning properties. She did whatever she could to wedge herself into the family home building business. By the 1990’s Latina and Latina Builders had become the gold standard of home building.
Lois Latina was a loving mother and grandmother to now eight grandchildren. I spent my entire childhood admiring and learning from her. Aside from the dozens of family vacations, she took each individual grandchild on their own trips of choice. My favorite one was when she took me across the world to St. Petersburg, Russia to see the knights at the Hermitage Museum that had me so mesmerized.
Everything she did, she gave it 150%. When she got sick with cancer it never slowed her down. Only at the end could you tell she was ill. She would come to work decked out every single day. She fought the good fight for 16 years. “I don’t have time to be sick”, she used to say.
Her fierce enchantment with the real estate market and fiery work ethic did not end with her. She passed it onto me like a torch that burns inside of me and cannot be extinguished.
